Iolta Accounts (Attorney Trust Accounts)

This is an FDIC insured deposit. It is available to attorneys holding client's monies. This account meets the attorney's IOLTA reporting requirements. Deposits or withdrawals can be made at any time. All deposits are subject to collection before withdrawal. The depositor receives a statement and all paid checks, monthly.

We pay interest on the funds, do all the necessary calculations and remit all required reports and net interest, monthly.

Escrow Accounting Services

You can manage multiple attorney trust and/or tenant rent security escrow accounts with no monthly fees! Our services streamline escrow accounting and save you money by reducing the time you'd otherwise spend on accounting and paperwork. Your clients' Sub-Accounts are linked to a single Master Account enabling you to efficiently make transactions and disbursements. We do the paperwork and send you monthly statements detailing Master and Sub-Account activity. And we, not you, prepare and mail the 1099's directly to your clients.
