The Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce has officially celebrated the grand opening of the new retail banking facility of American Bank of New Jersey located on 347 Broad Street, Bloomfield. Present at the ribbon cutting ceremony are Mayor Raymond J. McCarthy, Joseph Sandora, Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce, president, Maria Paladino-Fitz, Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce, senior vice president, membership chair, Joseph Kliminski,
American Bank CEO, Fred G. Kowal, American Bank president, W. George Parker, American Bank chairman of board, James Ward, American Bank vice-chairman of board, Richard Bzdek, American Bank senior VP, Edward F. Nejman, Jr., American Bank assistant vice president/branch manager, Lois Anderson, American Bank VP/branch administrator along with other directors from both boards.
American Bank of New Jersey opens its new retail banking facility in Bloomfield. The new branch is located at 347 Broad Street, between CVS and Quick Chek, and just across the parking lot from the current location at 365 Broad Street that has served local customers for over two generations. Doors to the new facility opened April 9th. The bank will retain its current building to accommodate the organization’s Corporate Headquarters.
Edward Nejman, American Bank of New Jersey Assistant Vice President will continue to manage the Bloomfield branch at its new location. The Bloomfield drive-thru facility, located across the street from the current branch, will also continue to serve bank customers.
American Bank of New Jersey CEO Joseph Kliminski stated, “While the bank has been aggressively expanding over the past couple of years, there is something truly special about opening a new, state-of-the-art facility right here in Bloomfield, where it all began for us 89 years ago. Clifton, NJ July 2007 - American Bank of New Jersey celebrated the grand opening of the Clifton office located at 500 Clifton Avenue on July 6, 2007.

Nutley, NJ June 2007 - American Bank of New Jersey continues to celebrate the opening of their Nutley location at 213 Harrison Street. The grand opening event was held on June 16, 2007 .
